Pearl Harbor remembered at a wreath-laying ceremony in Swansea
More than a dozen people including veterans with the Charles A. Woodford American Legion Post #2007, attended a wreath-laying ceremony at the Pearl Harbor Monument on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, during a ceremony at Messinger Cemetery in Swansea. The cemetery’s Pearl Harbor monument was dedicated in July 1942 making it one of the oldest in the nation.
