Bormio + Noto
Bormio (formerly Bacaro) is transforming into a holiday pop-up bar until Dec. 21, with snacks and jolly holiday cocktails like the Merry Berry Cosmo – rosemary-infused vodka, Solara orange liqueur, bergamot and cranberry. Bar manager Travis Shook is whipping everything up in festive glassware. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome; Bormio's regular food menu is available.
Meanwhile, Noto, in the same building, has chef Justin McMillen dropping a quarterly Italian wine dinner series. Expect four courses with thoughtful pairings, running Dec. 11–14. Spots open up 30 days ahead, so mark your calendar. Book a reservation on Tock.

Angad Arts Hotel | Moose Mug Lounge
If you love holiday movies – particularly "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" – Angad is the place to be this year. The hotel's ART Bar has turned into the Moose Mug Lounge, complete with one of the best rooftop views in the city, an ugly sweater party, seasonal food and drinks, DJs and spirited décor. The experience runs through Dec. 31.

Calypso Spirits Bar | Ornament
New to St. Louis this year, Ornament is open Thursday through Friday through late December. The space is adorned with elaborate red, white and green ornaments, with seating options available both indoors and on a heated patio. Tickets are sold by the table, starting at $22, with $2 from each ticket benefiting animal advocacy group CARESTL.

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis | Holiday Lodge
Also new this season is the Four Seasons' Holiday Lodge, an immersive experience featuring floor-to-ceiling depictions of snowy mountains and trees, curated playlists and sounds and of course, holiday cocktail and food menus. The pop-up lasts until Jan. 4; reservations are encouraged and can be made at the link below. The Lodge is located on the hotel's eighth floor.

Hidden Gem | Santa's Speakeasy
For a groovy twist on holiday cheer, check out Hidden Gem in Midtown and its disco-themed Christmas pop-up, Santa’s Speakeasy. The limited-time cocktail menu includes festive drinks and mocktails, like the Ya Filthy Animal, a peppermint mocha martini topped with crushed candy canes. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Plan your visit before it wraps up at Christmas.

Hot Pizza Cold Beer | Yippie Pie Yay
The Washington Avenue favorite is paying homage to '80s movies this year, with cocktails and pizzas inspired by "Die Hard," the focus of countless "Is it or isn't it" Christmas film debates. Stop by HPCB until Dec. 31 for pies like the "Welcome to the Pizza Party, Pal" (18" pepperoni and burrata pizza) and cocktails like the "Happy Trails, Hans" (white chocolate peppermint martini).

Once a year, Piper Palm House in Tower Grove Park transforms into a dreamy winter wonderland, for Frosted: A Holiday Cocktail Experience from STL Barkeep. From Dec. 12–23, the event will be open daily with free admission. Guests can enjoy expertly crafted holiday-themed cocktails, NA beverages and a selection of food and snacks available for purchase. Planter's House | Sippin' Santa
Over in Lafayette Square, Sippin' Santa will return to Planter's House from Nov. 29 to Dec. 29. Reservations are recommended, but the bar accepts walk-ins as well when space is available. Not only can you enjoy holidays in paradise-themed drinks like the Sugar Plum Mai Tai (served in a cute shark mug), you can also order food.
