Two men were found shot to death late Wednesday in an East St. Louis apartment.
Trooper Rodger Goines with the Illinois State Police said the men were discovered about 11:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of McCasland Avenue. The apartment is in a public housing complex.
The men died at the scene. Their names were not released.
